Return Service to Warehouse in China:

A:
We have double checked all our items carefully before shipment, any issues happened in 15 days after signature, you can contact us and return it back for new replacement. We will afford one way postage for new replacements.

B: From 16 days to one year, We will afford one way postage for repiar service.


Return Service to our warehouse in UK/Germany/Australia:
C: For the orders that we ship from Europe and Australia warehouse, We can provide you return service to Overseas warehouse or China warehouse.

PS: Please contact with us before return,we will provide our return shipping address with RMA number together, which is important.

FAQ:

What can I do if I received a broken product or just an empty box?
Our Company have checked and packaged well the player before shipping, but sometimes buyer received only an empty box without the Car DVD Player or the Car DVD was broken or cracked, if so just follow these steps:
1: please check if the Car DVD Player is in the parcel or if Car DVD has broken or cracked b
efore you sign for it, if so just refuse to sign for it.
2: if you have to sign for the parcel firstly, then please open it quickly in the presence of the carrier and check if Car DVD Player is inside or has broken/cracked, if any problem please ask the carrier to prove this for further claim.
3: keep all the package material you received,do not discard or damage it, then make some clear photos and email us quickly:
    one photo for the outside package with the shipping lable
    one photo for the opened box with the protective material to prove the unit is protected well
    one photo for the damaged or cracked place


If without the proof of the carrier, it will be very difficult for us to investigate this case.  as According to the rules of shipping company, it is the Sender's  responsibility to investigate the case and to make the claim, but the premise is that buyer/recipient should contact carrier to make a record firstly, if wthout the record or their proof, the shipping company will not trust it, they will think it is the recipient damaged the unit by himself, so please understand this and contact the carrier to make a record quickly when receiving, we wil do our best to help you get compensation from the shipping company.


What can I do if I received a wrong item?
Unfortunately wrong or missed item can't be avoided sometimes. Please contact our online customer service immediately and please also keep the item in its original condition. We will help you to change or resend the missed items

What can I do if my item is defective?
Our technicians will test all items before shipping. If you receive a defective item, please email us and our technicians will try to solve it online. Most of the problem is only the misuse and misunderstand how to use. We recommend buyer to install the product by professional installer and check carefully before installation.
If you still have problem with the unit, please email us. Buyers is responsible for the return cost. We will not accept unpaid delivery, if so the parcel will be sent back to you at your own expense. Please note for the non-defective return, buyer will be charged all the cost including return cost from us and the checking fee

Can I send the product back if I am unsatisfied with it?
If the item has problem, of course, you have the right, but if no defect, sorry, our company does not accept this return

How and when can I get my money back after sending the item back?
After problem confirmed, we will refund you from our Paypal directly

How long is the warranty?
All items have One year factory warranty from date of purchase

Can I return the defective one back to your UK/German/Australia address rather than to HK or China?
If you buy from our UK/German/Australia warehouse, of course you can send it back to these warehouse address for the warranty.

Please note, if you send parcel back to our UK/Germany/Australia Warranty Centre, you need to add the RMA number in the return address, this is very important, if no this RMA number on the parcel, your parcel will be delayed a very long time to be processed, as we have set our system default, your RMA number is the only way to identify who the parcel belongs to, so just put the RMA number together with the return address and make it clear on the parcel, thanks for your cooperation.
